The Developer Preview 3 does not have many changes and it rather refines some already pushed features. In the second preview, we saw the Wireless debugging feature which worked initially but has a lot of bugs. Well, this latest update fixes all the issues in feature.  Now the Wireless debugging feature that allows users to connect to the PCs or desktops is said to work fine. Moreover, now, the wireless debugging feature has a QR Code scanning method to connect.

There are also some ADB updates that allow the super-fast transfer of larger APKs. The speed is said to be increased by 10x.

Other than this, some small changes such as larger notification panel, Sound tab renaming, some changes in a recent tab, font, and icon size changes have also been seen. This will be the last developer preview before the beta updates rollout. The official rollout is scheduled to arrive in Q3 this year to Pixel devices.
