1. Firstly, turn on your PC by pressing the Power button. Now, as soon as the screen lights up, hold down the Power button again to turn it off. 
2. You will have to repeat the process 3-4 times. This will boot your PC into Recovery mode. 
3. Here, click on the See advanced repair options button.
4. Now on the next screen, click on Troubleshoot and then on Advanced Options.
5. Here, select the Command Prompt option.
6. Now in the Command Prompt interface, type and execute the following commands one by one-

   bootrec/ fixmbr

   bootrec/ fixboot

   bootrec/ scanos

   bootrec/ rebuildbcd

   

7. Once done, close the Command Prompt and click on Continue.
8. You will now be booted to Windows 11 and you will no longer face this issue.
