Disruptions hit Google services like Gmail, Google Docs, Google Meet, Google Drive and other Google services. According to the company’s GSuite Dashboard, all the Google services were hit by the disruption on Thursday morning and the issue was faced by many users globally.

However, the issue has been solved, and the dashboard is updated. And now, none of the services is facing a problem. It looks like the issue has affected all the users globally. Most of the users on social media have reported the problem. While sending an email through Gmail, they experienced a problem even when the user was uploading files on Google Drive; they faced a problem. A few of the users faced connectivity issues also. 

Google apologised for the issue and wrote on the G Suite dashboard:

“We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support, Please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Google, and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better.”

When the disruptions were going on, the file uploading was also failing on Google services. The users were getting issue while uploading attachments in personal Gmail or G Suite Gmail accounts. 

First, Google said it was investigating the problem with Gmail, then later it officially confirmed about the issue and told:

Gmail sending issues, Meet recording issues, Creating files issues in Drive, CSV user upload issues in Admin Console, Posting message issues in Google Chat, Sites adding new pages issues, Keep issues, Voice mail issues

Now, as per the reports on Downdetector website, Google said that for some of the users, Gmail service is restored and it will soon fix the problems for all the users. There were twitter posts for issues with Gmail and Google Drive. And most of them were getting problem while uploading the videos on YouTube. It is still not clear as to what caused this issue. 

According to the latest reports, the issues have been solved now.
