Dark Mode for WhatsApp is the community’s asking since ages. Hearing their plea, Facebook, at last, sent a new version of WhatsApp with Dark Mode feature for Android recently. And now, it seems to be coming for iOS users too. A new beta version of TestFlight program is found to have this new setting in its testing notes, hinting the Apple users to prepare for their much-awaited feature.

First reported by MacRumors, users who are participating in WhatsApp’s TestFlight program can see references regarding the Dark Mode in testing notes. Ans if coming in the new update, this feature can be found within settings. Further, WABetaInfo reported the addition of solid dark themes in Android’s latest version, which is a push for users to have their Dark Mode phone with an extra solid theme in the background.

Similarly, it could be coming to iOS too, right after receiving the Dark Mode update. This can further help the device to save battery consumption as dark mode doesn’t cater much light as a light mode. And with changing times, it’s one of the highly preferred features every user is wishing for all their apps.

Considering Android’s timeline for Dark Mode, it shouldn’t be taking much time for developers to roll out the Dark Mode featured update. And we expect this to happen in a car couple of weeks or so. Hold tight, it’ll be awesome.
