However, free access is limited to some of the original movies and shows. With this free access offer, you can watch the full movie in any language. But, for TV shows, you can only watch the first episode of the first season for free. So, this offer is best for movies only, I guess, as no one wanted to watch only one episode of the series.

In a statement, Netflix said,
“We’re looking at different marketing promotions to attract new members and give them a great Netflix experience.”
The offer of limited free access on Netflix is available globally. The help page of Netflix shows how you can get free access to movies. It says that only PC, Macs and Android devices are supported. Smart TVs, Fire Stick, and iOS are not supported.
On the Netflix website, it says,
“Netflix is the premier destination for all your entertainment needs. But don’t take our word for it — check out some of our favourite movies and TV shows, absolutely free.”
This is not the first time that Netflix is offering free access to users. Last year, in September also it offered free access to the first episode of Bard of Blood in India. But, this time, the offer is available globally. It is another way to attract subscribers. Before this, Netflix tested Mobile+ Plan of ₹349.
