As we wait for leaks to pour in, Ice Universe and OnLeaks have stated February 1st as the official launch of the Galaxy S23 series in the US. While another report counters that Samsung might delay the launch event by a couple of weeks.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Launch Period

As Apple and Google are flourishing well with their latest iPhone and Pixel flagships, Samsung is set to break them up with its upcoming flagship series – Galaxy S23. The new line-up is said to have three devices in it – a standard Galaxy S23, a Galaxy S23 Plus, and a Galaxy S23 Ultra.

As we’re waiting for more details about the handsets, popular tipster Ice Universe tweeted the exact launch date of the Galaxy S23 series – to be February 1st, 2023! Samsung often launches its new flagship hardware in the first quarter of every year – at the Unpacked event.

And next year, this would be sometime in February, probably on February 1st, as the leaker stated. This date was further confirmed by @OnLeaks, another renowned tipster. Well, a recent report suggested that Samsung might delay the launch of the Galaxy S23 series to mid-February since the company is yet to finalize the prices of these handsets.

When launched, the high-end smartphone of the series is expected to sport Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, more RAM, and storage configurations. Regarding power, the vanilla variant of the Galaxy S23 series is tipped to have a 3900mAh battery, whereas the Plus model has a 4700mAh battery – both supporting 25W fast charging.
