New leaks from Samsung France’s website revealed all the important specifications of the Galaxy S23 series – including their software and hardware.

Samsung announced this year’s Galaxy Unpacked event to be held on February 1st, where these handsets – the vanilla Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and the S23 Ultra will be unveiled officially.

One of the most awaited phones this year – the Galaxy S23 series from Samsung is just a couple of weeks away from the official launch. The South Korean giant has marked February 1st for the Unpacked 2023 event, where these flagship phones will be launched alongside a new pair of earbuds and others.

While we wait for their formal unwrap, tipster Dohyun Kim (@dohyun854) has shared some images (potentially from Samsung France) detailing the specifications of all Galaxy S23 models. Starting with the high-end Galaxy S23 Ultra – the handset boasts about a 200MP primary camera, dazzling low-light images, 10x optical zoom with OIS, and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

Further, it got a 5,000mAh battery and all the rich Galaxy ecosystem features. Further images show Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ phones having a 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and 3x telephoto lens.

In terms of power, the Galaxy S23 has a 3,900mAh battery, while the Galaxy S23+ has a 4,700mAh battery. All three phones support fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging. Though Galaxy S23 Ultra is lacking LPDDR5X RAM or Wi-Fi 7 – which were rumored to be all this time – it packs a regular LPDDR5 RAM worth 8GB/12GB and 256GB/512GB/1TB onboard storage.

Coming to features that all three handsets bear – a Gorilla Glass Victus 2, HDR10+, an under-display fingerprint reader, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and an IP68 rating. Regarding imaging, all three phones have a 12MP autofocus selfie camera with 4K HDR video recording and 8K 30fps video recording from the rear camera.

Lastly, the bunch support 5G, dual-SIM card slot, eSIM, GPS, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and USB Type-C port, and it comes with Android 13-based One UI 5.1 out of the box.
