Sony’s new development of PlayStation, the 5th generation console is expected to be unveiled on the upcoming show, CES 2020. While Microsoft’s Xbox X series has gained enough impressions on its teaser already, Sony cannot wait until Xbox gain further share and compete back.
Sony’s statement from its blog hints about a new technology, which we assume to be the PlayStation 5 mostly. The statement read,
“At CES 2020 Sony is unveiling a unique vision of the future, bringing creativity and technology together like never before, to unleash new sensations and emotions.”
A Vision Of The Future
Mind the title, a vision of the future from Sony could probably be a PlayStation development. I mean, guess what Sony has to show off at this time? With Xbox series X twirling in media recently, Sony’s can’t ignore and stay put. The PlayStation 5, if released in 2nd/3rd quarter of 2020, this will leave Xbox to gain dominant popularity and may cause loose PlayStation fans to switch even!
The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is a platform where most of the tech companies unveil their latest consumer technologies. These could be smart home gadgets, health devices, smartphones etc which are in end-development stages and ready to hit the market.
The next year, 2020, CES event will be held in Las Vegas from January 7th to 10th. This four-day event will several exhibitors showcasing their products. Out of which, companies like Sony, Samsung, LG, etc will be highlighted much. Sony’s gadgets will probably be showing up from the first day onwards.
