Twitter has been a prominent platform for raising voice by many people. While this had given their voice a boost, many have backfired to threaten even their jobs. One such story today is about the CISA’s Director, Christopher Krebs. His opposing claims against the current US president have costed his job.

Trump earlier claimed that the US presidential elections tampered in all the ways. He said the process was going unfair and raised many disputes without any pieces of evidence. And the declaration of Joe Biden as the US’s new president by media and citizens considering the electoral votes win has driven Trump more into these allegations.

While he was on his own, Christopher Krebs, Director of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has countered his claims indirectly on Twitter, saying that the allegations “that election systems were manipulated, 59 election security experts all agree, “in every case of which we are aware, these claims either have been unsubstantiated or are technically incoherent.

This may have angered Trump since Krebs’s statement seemed to counter directly and wrote that Krebs’s statement was “highly inaccurate.” He further claims that there were “massive improprieties and fraud – including dead people voting, Poll Watchers not allowed into polling locations, “glitches” in the voting machines which changed votes from Trump to Biden, late voting, and many more.”

He then declared that Chris Krebs was terminated “effective immediately” as CISA Director. This shocked everyone as this is the second time Trump fired a federal level head to oppose his claims, directly or indirectly. He fired Mark Esper, the Defense Secretary, in November this year.
