As we enter the Spring season, Apple is reportedly planning to launch a new color variant of its latest iPhone 14 Series – mostly for the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus handsets.

As per a post on Weibo, the new color is touted to be a Yellow one, named Canary Yellow. Well, Apple may use another name for this, but we’re expecting a yellow shade for the new iPhone models this time. As for the hue and exact shade, it’s yet to be known.

An Yellow Colored iPhone 14

As we phase out from Winter to Spring season, we embrace ourselves for a new colored iPhone – probably for iPhone 14 and 14 Plus models. This is based on a tip from Weibowhere a post cited Apple is preparing to launch a new yellow-colored iPhone 14 soon.

Named Canary Yellow, Apple might name this variant as desired until it’s launched. It’s a usual practice from the company to reinvigorate the excitement of its latest series. Last year, we’ve seen the iPhone 13 handsets relaunched in Alpine Green colors.

As for this year’s launch, Apple choosing a yellow color wasn’t new – as it had earlier used it for a number of phones, with the latest being for iPhone 11. While we wait to know the exact shade and hue, experts say this could offer more of a subdued look rather than something bright and flashy.

Apple has done this for many models in the past, and we expect the same this time too. Well, what’s a bit more exciting is that the company is also expected to launch the iPhone 14 Pro models in this new color too, aside from the vanilla iPhone 14 and 14 Plus.

Sources say that Apple is preparing to launch these handsets as early as next week – aligning with the last year’s timeline of launching old models in new colors. This, we don’t have to wait much longer to find this out.
