After a few months of launching globally, Apple brings its online store website for the Indian market today. Indians can now purchase Apple goods including iPhones and accessories online, and have them delivered to the doorstep. Also, Apple gives users to customize their MacBooks online and even have a dedicated chat with a representative in handling your products.

Apple Online Store Goes Live in India

Apple’s Tim Cook has earlier tweeted that the Indian market is getting a dedicated online store on September 23rd, where users can buy products online amidst this pandemic. And the day has come. Apple toggled the switch to push Indian store website live, and it’s simply amazing.

Until yesterday, Apple fans in India were supposed to buy Apple products in their offical partner’s store or via third-party sellers like Amazon. But, Apple has now made a move to ditch this buying mode by opening the virtual doors of its online store. The website lists all the products from iPhones to iPads and iWatch to MacBooks. It even sells accessories like AirPods and also subscriptions to Music and Apple TV+.

While everything remains the same as other general online stores, what makes this store special is the support from an Apple specialist. Users can now call/chat with Apple reps to know more about their product and even get support from an Apple expert whenever there’s an issue with your products. Apple added dedicated pages to detail their “Free, Safer Delivery“, “Ways To Buy“, “Trade-In” etc.

Users can now configure their MacBooks accordingly but may have to wait a little longer to get their customised product. While they can pay with multiple payment options, Apple says eligible students can get additional discounts on their products. Also, there’s an exchange policy for a new iPhone, and have all your products delivered at the doorstep, for free.
