Last year, Realme launched the flagship Realme X50 5G smartphone in China and that performed well. Now, the company is all set to make a global presence by showcasing a new smartphone at the MWC 2020 event. Let’s take a look at the details.

Realme To Showcase A New Smartphone At MWC 2020

Realme has scheduled its first global launch at the Mobile World Congress 2020 event, held in Barcelona, Spain. The company has shared a teaser that suggests a new smartphone with 5G support. The company also confirms that it will be the 5G Populariser in 2020.

The teaser image reveals a smartphone will be a fresh device that wasn’t launched earlier by the company. Sources tip that it will power the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM.

The company doesn’t reveal much about the device, but the Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth has teased the device earlier. The previous teaser by Realme India said that it will be launching a bigger and better device than the Realme X50 5G smartphone.

We expect it to be the same device that is going to be showcased at the MWC event this year.

Other than this, there are very scarce details about the upcoming smartphone but what we are sure is that it will be 5G ready and will target the European audience.

That’s what we know so far, but once more details are out, we’ll be the first one to notify you of the same.
