1. Ensure Your Keyboard Is Working Fine

The first thing you should do is ensure that your keyboard is working fine. Due to dust particles stuck between the keys, you may face problems with the Window key and it may not work properly. Clean your keyboard correctly and ensure no dust particles between the keys.  

You should try using your keyboard with some other PC and then check if it is working fine or not. If the keyboard does not work, then the keyboard is faulty. If you have a laptop, use an external keyboard and check the key.

4. Update Or Reinstall Keyboard Drivers

You may also face this issue due to outdated or buggy drivers. Therefore, you should try updating your drivers and then check if you still encounter problems with the Windows key or not. To update Keyboard drivers, follow the steps given below-

1. In the Start Menu, search for and open the Device Manager.
2. In the Device Manager, expand the Keyboards section by double-clicking on it. 
3. Here, right-click on your keyboard, and then from the menu, click on Update Driver.
4. Now, click on Automatically scan for updates and follow the on-screen instructions to run the driver update.
