After the design and few internal specifications, fresh rumors regarding the upcoming iPhone 13 series include three new camera features.

These include a video portrait mode, a ProRes mode for recording high-quality videos, and photo filters while capturing in the camera. These could be considered as core selling points too.

iPhone 13 Series Camera Leaks

Though the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the production, Apple plans to launch its latest iPhone 13 series in September this year, aligning with the past.

And when it’s launched, we may see a host of new software features and hardware improvements. These include the earlier rumored always-on display, larger batteries, and even reverse wireless charging support.

But now, we hear new features coming to the camera system of the iPhone 13 series from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. These include a video portrait mode that may shoot the video in portrait windows like a static photosystem.

And a ProRes mode where the user can record a video at ultra high-quality resolution. At last, there’s a filters system to apply a shade of color layers over the photo. These could be part of the iPhone 13 series camera and be one of the key selling points.

Apart from these, earlier leaks regarding this new series tell it will have four models within and possess the same screen size as its predecessors. These include 5.4″ and 6.1″ for the mini and regular models and 6.1″ and 6.7″ for the Pro models.

Also, the physical design of the front and rear panels plus the camera lens placement will be the same. With reduced notches and bumped screen refresh rates, the iPhone 13 series under the hood will have a Bionic A15 chipset, autofocus support, and more.
